Annie began to paint in 1989 at Delmore. Influenced by the beautiful flowering plants that come with the good season on Utopia, Annie's artworks exhibit her own unique interpretation of the site sacred to the Petyarre women, Enteebra.
Early in her career, Annie used very bright colours with minimal dotting, while her more recent works use a technique of intricate, complex fine lines, using a painting needle to caress the canvas with lines like silken thread.
Annie paints awelye, sugar bag (wild honey) and Enteebra.
